Digital CEO Andy Hart leaves Associated Newspapers
Andy Hart, CEO of Associated Newspapers digital division, is to leave the publisher with immediate effect. His departure from Associated Northcliffe Digital (AND) is the result of ongoing 'organisational changes' to be made at the company, according to a press statement.
Hart agreed to leave the group after six years, during which time he was responsible for developing AND's portfolio of digital and online businesses.
The changes will reflect the company's growing focus on jobs, property and cars, as well as plans to expand internationally, the statement said.
“Andy should be given the recognition for having helped assemble a very strong, robust set of dynamic businesses that will help underpin the company’s future growth plans. We would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him well in his future endeavours," said Kevin Beatty, group managing director of Associated Newspapers Limited.
