We've got the UK's news feeds cornered

Just in case you haven't explored our site properly before, we have an extensive directory section offering links to useful research tools, journalists' blogs, media law sites, books and other interesting stuff.

We also have a directory of more than 4,200 national and local newspapers and radio and TV broadcasters, powered by Media UK - and this section now features a list of UK media feeds.

It's a short list at the moment, which isn't surprising given these are feeds published by traditional media organisations, rather than web publishers or blogs. But it will expand, gradually.

If you know a publication, broadcaster or RSS feed that's missing, contact Media UK.

And if you're still confused about what an RSS feed actually is, the nice people at Media UK have provided a very concise summary and a link to more detailed information on Wikipedia.
