Sparkling wit and wine in London's jewellery quarter
Thanks to everyone who turned up to the journalism.co.uk drinks event at Clerkenwell House, London last week - it was our biggest turn-out yet with around 120 people.
There was a good mix of freelancers and staffers and, for the first time, at least one individual attempting to recruit for up to four positions at his company. Not something we deliberately encourage, but interesting nonetheless and evidence that even a simple social event can actually change lives!
And apologies to the city suits trying to celebrate their own event on the night - literally elbowed out by our sheer force of numbers.
Thank you also for all the useful feedback; we will endeavour to take as much of it on board as possible and you can be sure our future monthly events will continue to go from strength to strength.
Look forward to seeing you all again, together with some new faces, at our next event in May.
