Learn investigative skills
Westminster University is hosting a summer school for investigative journalism from 18-20 July.New York Times and New Yorker journalist Seymour Hersh will open the event, with 30 further speakers from France, Germany, Scandinavia, South Africa and the UK.
The course is designed for professional researchers and working reporters, and will feature workshops on computer-assisted reporting, business investigations, media law and professional issues.
The school is a not-for-profit event, sponsored by the Lorana Sullivan (UK) Foundation which provides scholarships for students at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York.
