Terms and conditions

1. On submission of this form, a firm contract will have been made with Mousetrap Media Ltd, publisher of Journalism.co.uk.

2. Mousetrap Media Ltd will issue an invoice for £376 inc VAT per delegate, which will posted to your invoice address and must be paid in full by no later than 15 business days before the course date to guarantee a place.

3. No refunds will be issued if a delegate cancels or fails to turn up on the day of the course, regardless of any period of notice, although Mousetrap Media Ltd may, at its discretion, issue a refund if the course is over-subscribed and a replacement delegate can be found at least two weeks before the course date.

4. Mousetrap Media Ltd or any of its employees shall not be liable for any injuries or sickness that occur during attendance at any course.

5. Course prices exclude travel, accommodation and any other incidental expenses incurred by a delegate.

6. Mousetrap Media Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In either event, a full refund will be offered.
