Terms and conditions
1. On submission of this form, a firm contract will have been made with Mousetrap Media Ltd, publisher of Journalism.co.uk, regardless of whether the subsequent credit/debit card payment is successful or not.2. On successful completion of an online payment via Worldpay, a confirmation of payment will be emailed to you. Mousetrap Media will also issue a written receipt to be delivered by post.
3. No refunds will be issued if a delegate cancels or fails to turn up on the day of the course, regardless of any period of notice, although Mousetrap Media Ltd may, at its discretion, issue a refund if the course is over-subscribed and a replacement delegate can be found at least two weeks before the course date.
4. Mousetrap Media Ltd or any of its employees shall not be liable for any injuries or sickness that occur during attendance at any course.
5. Course prices exclude travel, accommodation and any other incidental expenses incurred by a delegate.
6. Mousetrap Media Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In either event, a full refund will be offered.
