Spooky Halloween cocktail

Halloween events in bars and clubs around the UK will be selling an eye catching Trick or Treat surprise over Halloween weekend. This adult Trick or Treat layered cocktail shot a.k.a 'shotail' is also easy to make at home, and is sure to spook your friends with its black and green appetite appeal.

This ghostly cauldron of licorice-melon flavours was created by Scott Gemmell of award-winning LA Bartenders.

Trick or Treat (layered cocktail shot)
15ml Luxardo Passione Nera black sambuca
Layered with 10ml Midori green melon liqueur poured over.

Pour the chilled ingredients carefully into a shot glass so that the green and black layers keep separate.
Try pouring the Midori over the back of a teaspoon to follow the trick of professional bartenders.
