Office Response Picks Up Major SORCE Intranet Award
Office Response, a leading 24 hour telephone answering and call centre outsourcing provider was awarded the Greatest Business Impact award at the annual SORCE User Conference last Thursday. Conference delegates from over 50 different organisations voted in the selection of the Greatest Business Impact award which recognises efficiencies companies have made throughout their business by using the SORCE Intranet, Extranet or Portal.
With stiff competition from Johnsons ApparelMaster (part of the Johnsons Group) and Peverel Management Services (part of the Peverel Group), Office Response successfully demonstrated the impact their SORCE Intranet has had in achieving integration between SORCE applications (CRM, Customer Service Helpdesk, Room Booking and the HR Suite) to achieve the greatest business impact.
