You will have good experience and understanding of all aspects of editorial: sub-editors, designers, editors both print and online.

You will be an individual who will thrive in an ever-changing market and love a highly pressurized fast moving environment.

You will be a master at forging long-term relationships with clients and candidates offering a consultative approach at all times.

Formula-Won Media will provide you with specific training to become a highly successful recruiter and ongoing training will be provided. You will be given a very impressive portfolio of leading clients both in the UK and internationally as well as new roles to work on.
