Gill Smith joins The Scottish Sun as features editor
Smith has previously worked for the Press Associtaion, Daily Record, News of the World and New York Post. In her new role she will produce a range of features - from celebrity interviews to hard news investigations.
"As I'm returning to the daily fold from a Sunday paper," she told Journalism.co.uk.
"One of the biggest challenges I'll be faced with immediately will be turning high-quality exclusive features around quickly."
