Policy Exchange names Katy Taylor-Richards as press officer
She will be responsible for monitoring the media, writing press releases and arranging press conferences, she told Journalism.co.uk.
Taylor-Richards started her career working for the then shadow home secretary David Davis after graduating from the London College of Printing and London School of Economics.
She later joined the Daily Express as a diary reporter and leaves her most recent role as political reporter for the title.
