The Motley Fool appoints Rachel Robson as personal finance writer

The Motley Fool has named Rachel Robson as personal finance writer.

Robson, who will take up her new role on October 20, will join the title from Shares magazine, where she is currently a reporter.

Prior to her present post she was editor of Reed Business Information's ICIS, where she took responsibility for seven weekly petrochemical reports, online news and magazine features.

She has also worked as the editor of two daily e-newsletters on the pharma and wireless industries for Visiongain publishers.
