Other information: A former estate agent and home image consultant, I presented BBC1's 'To Buy Or Not To Buy' for three and a half years and have been writing for a variety of property, lifestyle and franchise magazines for the past six. I have also produced brochure & website content, newsletters and PR articles, and have undertaken both academic and commercial proof reading assignments.

In 2009 I ghost-wrote my first book on property investment and have since edited a number of others on property, personal development and franchise marketing, and helped clients through the self-publishing process.

I have a good knowledge of the property investment market, both in the UK and overseas, and lived in southern Italy for nine months.

In the past I have also written music and theatre reviews, a help column, short stories and customer service training manuals, and will happily tackle a wide range of subjects and styles.

I'm particularly passionate about food & drink and adore historical architecture.
