Other information: Neil is based in Galway, and for the past nine years has been editor of Drive Magazine, one of Ireland's longest-established motoring titles, and its attendant website and digital edition. He's also a regular motoring and travel correspondent for The Irish Times and is also the presenter of the weekly Irish Times Motors Podcast. He has also previously contributed to the Irish Daily Star, Auto Express and MSN Cars.

An expert in motoring and transport issues, he's also a passionate historian and has interests ranging from aviation to military history to travel and food.
