Im trying to get in touch with local citizen journalists across the UK, i'm trying to compile a website database with relevant urls, could people make any suggestions?

If you're trying to recruit, I suggest going to the NCTJ website and contacting journalism students en masse via accredited institutions.  If you're making a database of what's already out there... Well, you're probably the first - so it may have to be done manually.
