Media Studies in UK
« on: January 14, 2011, 06:53:10 PM »
Hi
I'm an international student and i have received a couple of conditional offers to study in uk. i would really like to find out more about these universities and see which one is really worthy trying a shot.

University of Liverpool - Communication, Media and Popular Music
Newcastle University - Media, Communication and Cultural Studies
University of Nottingham - International Media and Communications Studies

I am also waiting for reply from London College of Communication ( University of Arts ) and Leeds University.

If there are other students who have been studying or are currently studying these courses or at least are at one of these universities i would be really happy to find out more things.

Or let's put it this way : Which one of these would you choose if you were me ?
I meet all the requirements so it is just up to me to choose the university.
Thanks in advance,

Cheers from Romania

All the universities you have listed have good reputations. You may well have decided by now, but you need to consider what you want to get out of it in the end.

Liverpool, Nottingham and Leeds are all Russell Group universities with a strong reputation academically. Equally Newcastle and London are interesting places to study.

Have you made your decision yet?
