Quinn will work alongside business editor Kamal Ahmed and contributing a daily column to the section.
Currently based in New York, Quinn has the Daily Telegraph's US business editor since 2007. Prior to joining the Telegraph as Questor editor in early 2006 he was city reporter at the Daily Mail and small companies editor of Shares Magazine.
His advice to anyone wanting to be a business journalist is: "Be nosey, always read the fine print, and keep your wits about you."
