IPC has announced key management changes on its music and men's titles.

Paul Cheal, currently publishing director of Country and Leisure Media's (CALM) marine portfolio, has been appointed publishing director of music magazines NME and Uncut.

Tim Brooks, Ignite! managing director, said: "Many publishers would give their right arm to have this job and I did, in fact, receive numbers of body parts from hopeful candidates all over London. But Paul's proven track record of success at IPC, coupled with his passion for music, made him the obvious choice."

Eric Fuller, former group publishing director for Nuts and NME, has been appointed group publishing director for the men's lifestyle titles Nuts and Loaded.

Uncut's former publishing director Andrew Sumner is now acting publishing director of Now at IPC Connect.
