Lowe told Journalism.co.uk that he is happy to branch out into related fields, but his experience is in writing about pensions and pension fund investment and, more recently, global property investment within that area.
Before becoming deputy editor at IPE Real Estate, Lowe was a features writer and then editor at Professional Pensions Magazine.
Prior to this he was a features and news writer at the Bristol Evening Post.
