CNS Media is a leading provider of B2B industry news and analysis on food product development. Through our publication The World of Food Ingredients and our website we offer news on food design trends, formulation and nutrition. CNS Media is looking to expand its editorial team, with an deputy editor to help in the day to day running of content for our publications and websites. Ideal candidates will have strong journalistic skills and ideally have background knowledge of the food and beverage/nutrition sector.

The Position

You will be in charge of producing regular news articles and features for FoodIngredientsFirst and The World of Food Ingredients from the UK. The function will involve news sourcing and contacting and interviewing industry experts, before writing on the topics. The job would involve news sourcing and analysis, telephone and face-to-face interviewing, writing and editing and attending trade shows. It is possible to work from home.

What’s Required

As well as perfect English written and communication skills, we are looking for someone who demonstrates strong journalism skills and has a keen interest in the FMCG sector and in dealing in a B2B environment. Previous experience in marketing or the food industry and knowledge of another major European language would be an advantage.
