Central London based celebrity and entertainment press agency, providing advance diary and celebrity contacts information to clients including HELLO!, The Daily Mail, The Mirror, Grazia, The Telegraph, The Express, BBC News, ITV, Net-A-Porter, Global Radio, Selfridges, The Jonathan Ross Show… and many other media organisations, PR consultancies and brands, is recruiting for a researcher to join our editorial team.
 
We have an immediate opening for an entertainment researcher with strong communication skills (verbal and written) to help support the Editor on our diary.  The company is fast-paced and deadline driven and candidates must possess genuine enthusiasm for the showbiz and arts sectors; a keen eye for detail and thirst for knowledge; a confident telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team in an exciting and pressured environment, sourcing and summarising relevant upcoming events and opportunities.  Familiarity with social media, enthusiasm, the ability to write lively copy for an industry audience, and a keen interest in celebrity culture and the arts (music, TV, fashion, arts etc) are essential in this role.  Strong industry contacts, sub-editing experience and networking skills will be an advantage (this role includes plenty of opportunities to network at industry events and build up your contacts book).
 
Salary: commensurate with experience
