Responsibilities:
- Maintain content across all digital channels, including the customer websites
- Continuous improvement of the customer website and supporting micro sites to ensure they constantly reflect the needs of their audience and help deliver business objectives
- Create and edit online copy to ensure content meets brand, style and tone of voice guidelines
- Analysing effectiveness of digital content through statistics, research and regular reporting
- Assisting in the successful delivery of a broad range of digital projects, including mobile, online forms, interactive content, social media tools
- You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of design, usability and accessibility of digital communications and online services

You must be passionate about customers and understanding their needs, so that you can assist in the delivery of creative and engaging online services.
Strong IT skills are essential including web analytics programmes and web content management systems.
