As part of the arrangement a breakingviews-branded column will appear in print issues of Fortune from October 27, making the magazine the site's only non-newspaper print partner in the US, a press release said.
In addition selected articles will be featured on CNNMoney.com, which houses Fortune's website, in the next few weeks.
The new agreements follow similar print and online content deals made by the site with the Telegraph, New York Times and International Herald Tribune last month.
Future plans for the partnership include adding breakingviews videos to Fortune and CNN Money's online video channels.
The site, which was set up in 1999, is also planning to enter the mobile news market through discussions with a major mobile operator, Hugo Dixon, breakingviews' editor-in-chief, told an industry conference last month.
