UK publisher IPC Media has launched Downloaded magazine, a monthly guide to web downloads.

The magazine will feature new movie releases, TV, films and games downloads.

The title is a digital partner to monthly print title Web User. Downloaded will be available on the first date of each month from the Web User site and readers will pay £1.20 per edition or £14.40 for an annual subscription.

"In time we hope to expand Downloaded, adding more pages as more downloads become available," said Web User editor Richard Clark.

"With the recent high-profile launches of Napster and iTunes among other legal music services, and the announcement this week of an official download music chart starting in September, the time seems right for us to start engaging the interest of the early adopter."
