Ross Tieman, the FT's former UK Company News Editor, and Jenny Luesby, a former FT industrial correspondent and author of the writers' hand-book, The Word on Business, have spent two years developing courses which they claim are "tailored to the needs of today's information professionals".
Visiting lecturers for the 2001 season include the Internet training pioneer and founder of the WWW Virtual Library: Journalism, John Makulowich, and the investigative reporter best known for her work at the Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail, Sonia Purnell.
