The multimedia video production arm of ITN will produce UK and world news, sport, business and showbiz clips for the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday, the release said.
"ITN On has demonstrated to us that they have high-quality content which is frequently unique. We are looking forward to working with them to add video to even more of our stories," said James Bromley, managing director of Mail Online.
ITN On has previously entered deals with Joost, the online television platform, and Daily Motion, the French video-sharing site.
ITV.com axed its contract with ITN On at the start of this month.
