There are twenty categories including best retail, travel and public sector sites as well as best use of the internet and interactive advertising.
Last year's winners included Sky News Active online and the Ladbrokes Grand National site.
"The Bimas are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate, as a community, the best in interactive design and commercial effectiveness," said Alasdair Scott, chair of the awards committee.
"Now is the time to benchmark the new and innovative alongside the most creative and effective our industry has to offer."
The deadline for entries is 30 June.
