Radiotalent offers audio showcase for experienced freelancersExperienced broadcast journalists can promote their skills through a new recruitment website launched this week.

Radiotalent.co.uk allows news readers, presenters and broadcasters to publish audio bulletins and demos alongside their CVs. Employers can search for freelancers in different categories including sports readers, audio producers, work experience and new talent.

Broadcasters pay £59.99 annually to be listed on the site.

"Radio Talent is an intelligent tool that uses unique principals to display the audio, academic or visual skills of radio's talent in the best possible way," said a spokesperson for Radiotalent.

"We wanted to create strategies and tools that will make a profound difference to managing careers."
