Lena Calvert, NUJ equalities officer, and Roy Mincoff, NUJ legal officer, will answer questions through the forum, as part of the union's Stop Bullying campaign.
The forum, which will be open between 12-2pm and 6-8pm on October 25, is a chance for journalists to 'seek expert advice' on 'what can often be a sensitive subject', Calvert told Journalism.co.uk.
"The media might have a reputation as a tough industry, but nobody should have to suffer the stress of being bullied at work," she said.
"Many people are reluctant to talk about bullying behaviours for fear of reprisals or because they don't want to give the impression they can't cope. The online forum will give people, writing under a pseudonym if necessary, the chance to ask questions that they are perhaps too nervous to raise in person."
The session, which can be accessed through the NUJ's website, is just one part of the union's campaign, stressed Calvert.
"Bullying is a complex problem and we're never going to solve it with just a few hours of online chat. But we can use the forum to help people to understand their rights at work and it will hopefully give some of our members the confidence to speak to their union rep to get the detailed help and support they need."
