Google's map beta.
It's Multimap, Yell.com and Google rolled into one. And yet another online tool that could shaft newspaper classified ads.
Example: I searched for 'blind tiger hudson street new york'. (A good bar, for those that are interested. They do this fabulous apricot beer that I can't get in the UK. I digress...)
It gives me a satellite map and related classifieds down the side, one of which is for the Blind Tiger Ale House. So I click it and get full address and contact details with directions. Great on a PDA (although I don't spend enough time outdoors to warrant getting one of those) - but please oh please oh please oh please can we have a UK version?
So Google have us mapped out. More proof that they are bent on world domination? Larry and Serge could be hollowing out their volcano as we speak...
