'Mid West Mafia' and the Readers' Revolution

The Reader's RevolutionThanks to all who attended the inaugural Journalism.co.uk Readers' Revolution speaking event on Monday night at Imperial College, London, to listen to the 'Mid-West Mafia' wax lyrical on the power of connecting with the audience.

The gang-of-three (all descendents of the mid-western United States) consisted of Clyde Bentley, associate professor at Missouri School of Journalism, Robin Hamman, BBC blog network producer, and Kevin Anderson, the Guardian's recently appointed blogging guru.

First up was Clyde, who started with a run through of blogging and the baby boom generation:


Robin Hamman tackled the ever-tricky 'stuff' concept and the BBC Manchester blogging project:


Last, but by no means least, was Kevin Anderson, who gave the assembled masses a little glimpse into how the Guardian Unlimited's future may look:
