"Where are some of the 'most wanted' participants today?" asks the report, which features interviews with 20 leading dissidents.
Thousands of peaceful protestors gathered in the Beijing square on June 4 1989 to demand democratic reform, and several hundred were killed when soldiers were ordered to fire on them.
Tens of thousands of people were arrested after the demonstrations and Amnesty International estimates that around 50 people are still in prison for their part in the protests.
