Through the use of online promotion, a JustGiving page, fundraising activities and support from local businesses, All Answers is aiming to raise an impressive £50,000 by Christmas.
As with so many small charities struggling in this economic climate, All Answers thought it was appropriate to support a local worthwhile cause. The charity itself wants to help more Children and their families combat their personal difficulties, enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life. As a result they will need to move premises next year and the funding situation is quite scary; however, they remain positive and with All Answers incredible support and determination to raise £50,000 they’re feeling confident.
School for Parents is a centre of learning for children under the age of five with mobility and communication difficulties. The service provides support and training to families, using the practice and principles of Conductive Education to help disabled children maximise their potential for personal independence and future potential, making them more confident ‘little people’. Previously run by Scope, School for Parents operates as a wholly independent charity, relying solely on voluntary donations.
The fundraising scheme has been made possible by All Answers, an online educational support network based in Nottingham. The company will be donating an initial £2,000, helping with all of the fundraising activities and using online expertise to drive donations from Internet users.
Eileen Sleaford for School for Parents said “We’re delighted to be undertaking this exciting fundraising campaign during the festive period. We depend solely on donations, and our partnership with All Answers means we have the skills and resources to raise money and can continue to make a difference to the children here at the school, every little helps.”
Tony Eynon, CEO at All Answers, said “School for Parents is a local charity that’s really close to our hearts here at All Answers, so we want to show our full support. We have a busy programme of fundraising activities and hope that our business connections and online skills will help to reach our goal in time for Christmas.”
