UIA Insurance marks 10-year relationship with PCUK with new contract deal

UIA Insurance has renewed its contract with the seamless, integrated companies of Property Consortium UK, Building Claims Services and Property Consortium UK Drainage.

Since 2001, Property Consortium UK and Building Claims Services has delivered a broad range of service support to the insurer, including validation and repairs.

The companies – both part of the Property Consortium Group based at Taunton and led by CEO Jeremy Hyams – have seen their contracts renewed for another three years. Under the new deal, UIA has also elected to use another group company, Property Consortium UK Drainage.

Jeremy Hyams said: "We are delighted that UIA Insurance has extended their partnership. The original relationship started in 2001 and over the years has strengthened and grown. Our relationship with UIA Insurance includes validation, repairs, restoration and large losses – and now drainage works."
