Robb Montgomery, author of A Field Guide for Mobile Journalism, has published a useful YouTube tutorial featuring some his favourite apps for producing smartphone video.
Montgomery, who is professor of journalism at the International Academy of Journalism, shares apps for filming and editing on iOS, Android and Windows phones.
His tips include using FiLMiC Pro for filming, Bambuser for live-streaming, and Emulsio for removing 'camera shake'.
Montgomery also took part in a recent Journalism.co.uk live Q&A on mobile reporting.
