Associated Northcliffe Digital (AND) has appointed Russell Scott as local digital property director.

Mr Scott, who moves from being managing director of fish4homes , will report to Mark Milner, managing director of AN Digital Integrated Media.

Mr Scott's new role will see him focus on strengthening the local digital property strategy of Northcliffe Newspapers.

Mr Scott said: "I have worked with Northcliffe, one of fish4's shareholders, for more than five years. In this time I have seen them establish very successful regional sites, and I am very much looking forward to playing a key role in this growing operation."
