The Association of Online Publishers has announced two keynote speakers for its annual Digital Publishing Summit.
Jay Altschuler, global communications planning director at Unilever, and Jacek Ukto, design director from Bonnier Business Press International, will head the roster of speakers for the event on 15 October, which has the theme 'Building World Class Digital Media Businesses'.
Altschuler will discuss Unilever's response to the shifting marketing and consumer landscape and outline what the company is looking for in online publishing businesses.
Utko, who has won more than forty industry awards including "World's Best Designed Newspaper" twice, will be talking about the relationship and trends between newspaper and web design and offering 10 ideas for publishers to succeed in a digital world.
They join a list of previously announced speakers including: Tim Brooks, managing director, Guardian News and Media; Marcus Wareham, planning and strategy manager, Facebook; and Matt Kelly, digital content director, Trinity Mirror.
