Celebrity glossy Hello! has launched a digital edition of the magazine.

The subscription-based digital version recreates the format of the print magazine electronically and carries the full content of the paper edition.

The new version, which allows readers to flick through its pages electronically, is published online as the print version hits the newsstands.

In addition, each magazine is searchable using keywords or phrases and has a save facility - allowing readers to build their own archive on their computer.

"Having been at the cutting-edge of the online media industry for the past six years, it is a natural progression for hellomagazine.com to bring readers their favourite celebrity read in a digital format," said Verity Smart, hellomagazine.com editor.
