About me
Hello! My name is Katie Marie Davies and I'm a freelance journalist and editor based in Manchester. I've spent the last decade reporting on politics and global affairs, with a special focus on Russia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. I've also reported on UK politics and life in the north of England for news outlets based abroad.
I particularly enjoy reporting on tech, social affairs and business stories, but my real love is jumping into new topics and uncovering new stories. \ \ I'm also available for commercial and copywriting work.
