It’s truly refreshing to work at RPS, as it’s an organisation that really values their staff and our wellbeing. I started working for the RPS in summer 2023. Their thorough induction process encouraged confidence in my new role. RPS is an organisation that values their employees wellbeing and encourages a strong positive culture with its friendly and supportive employees. I have been given the opportunity to develop professionally but also personally though opportunities within and outside of my workstreams.

I started working remotely with RPS in 2021, and the friendliness between teams made me feel at ease and made starting a new job a smooth process. It fills with me pride knowing I'm supporting the pharmacy industry across Europe by helping them access medical information and the high-quality resources we offer.

Working for RPS has given me a strong start to my career in publishing, my role gives me the opportunity to work on multiple publications at different stages of production. The varied work keeps the job interesting and it’s also great to know the content we produce genuinely makes a difference to the healthcare profession.
