Mr Peskett worked at Harpers Wine & Spirit Weekly for four years. Prior to this he worked on Wilmington Media titles: Blueprint and FX, and for local papers including: Hendon Times Group and Hertfordshire Mercury.
Commenting on his decision to go freelance, Mr Peskett said: "I think I've developed a good knowledge of the wine and spirit trade, and I know there is a shortage of subs out there."
