Immediate Network is looking for a full-time editorial assistant to support our growing portfolio of automotive titles and client accounts.
Industry experience is not necessary, though an enthusiasm for anything with four wheels is important. We have four consumer titles covering different sectors of the automotive industry, plus the majority of our external clients are automotive businesses. You will be working as part of a small team across all of our projects and accounts.
A commanding grasp of English is essential, as is attention to detail, and you have to be able to work hard and learn quickly.
You have the skill to absorb and process information, and use that to make confident decisions.
You hit your deadlines every time, balancing your workload across multiple projects for both internal and external clients.
You will write and edit news articles, newsletters and digests from third-party material, and liaise with a designer to produce high-quality results that will delight demanding clients.
You will be comfortable integrating multiple social media channels into your daily work. Familiarity with macOS would be advantageous, while experience with Adobe CC software is essential.
Our office is located in Guildford. Your salary expectations should be somewhere around the £18-20k mark. Entrepreneurial flair to improve this by adding value to the business is welcome.
