A fantastic opportunity has arisen at HotSpot Media for a creative, organised features writer to take on the role of sourcing, pitching and writing compelling features for national women’s magazines and newspapers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and written skills, plus the ability to think clearly in difficult situations.
Ideally applicants will have NCTJ qualifications, while a story portfolio and relevant work experience would be preferred. The right person will have the ability to talk confidently to people from all walks of life and be able to deal with sensitive subject matter.
The role requires someone who can use their experience and expertise to produce high quality copy - often to tight deadlines.
Candidates should be regular readers of the UK’s tabloids and know their Take a Break from their Closer.
