In any one week, our team produces the broadest possible range of written content, ranging from corporate sustainability reports to independent financial news stories. What we offer
We are offering a fixed-term contract to run initially for a six-month period. While this interim period is to cover a specific client project, there may be an opportunity to become permanent staff for the right person, subject to economic/trading conditions.
As a member of our Institutional Finance team, you will be writing and editing editorial or corporate assignments across asset management, clearing, investment banking, pensions and regulation. Wherever possible, we will try to allocate clients that match your career experience and competences.

Who we want
We are seeking a journalist with personality, who thoroughly understands investment but also has experience writing about other parts of financial services.
As a signatory to the Social Mobility Pledge, we are not prescriptive about educational background, but we would anticipate that the right candidate would have at least five years of experience working as a staff journalist or as a financial copywriter.
That said, we will consider candidates that do not fit this brief entirely, but we ask that those applying from different backgrounds offer convincing reasons why they should be considered. We would also consider a job share for this role.
