We’re looking for a talented content creator to join our team as a Junior Editor and Copywriter. Ideally you’ll be available to start straight away, but we are considering start dates up to 15 May 2017.

As a Junior Editor and Copywriter you will be part of our content marketing team, working alongside our account managers to conceptualise and implement content strategies for our clients. Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, from software companies to party planners and one-man-bands to household names.

We love the challenge of creating interesting, informative content to help their websites rank better in search and we think you will too.

Sometimes you’ll be writing for client websites to a tight brief we’ve given you, other times you’ll be coming up with your own angles, producing articles for well known news websites.

Since you’ll be researching, pitching, writing and editing, we’re looking for excellent journalism and language skills. A relevant qualification and some experience will be helpful, but ultimately we care more that you have a good nose for a story, are a master researcher, have the ability to adapt your tone to the publication and that you have a keen eye for weeding out grammar and spelling mistakes. A sense of humour helps too.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about content marketing strategy in general and if you display a knack for SEO and client interaction, you could go on to become a junior account manager.

  • doesn’t shy away from complex topics;

  • and can find an interesting, newsworthy angle in anything from dog walking to online banking;

  • all the while remaining flexible in your tone

  • and juggling tight deadlines with ease;

then:

  • and at least two examples of your writing.
