The department: XpertHR is looking for a talented individual with a strong subbing and online background to help with production across XpertHR.co.uk, XpertHR.com and PersonnelToday.com
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, will embrace new challenges and have an excellent eye for detail. This is a great opportunity to work across a growing business, providing indispensable must-have industry information in the UK and the US.
Producing and editing digital content across a range of media.
Quality control of colleagues’ work (spelling, grammar, html coding, consistency, use style, accuracy, tone, readability).
Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure content is produced/published/updated within specified time lines and to required standards across the XpertHR Group.
Promoting a positive customer experience by ensuring that content is organised, published and promoted in ways that meet user needs and expectations.
Producing and editing podcast audio and email newsletters.
Ensuring brand consistency and content standards on an international scale.
Technical liaison and providing support to wider content teams in US and UK.
Key skills and experience: - HTML, content management systems, Dreamweaver.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good proofreading, editing and writing skills.
Good work organisation, administration and time management skills.
Ability to work under own initiative, taking responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of output.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
WordPress, Photoshop, Audacity, Illustrator, InDesign, CSS.
PC and Mac literate.
An interest in HR and employment issues.
