Experience Required: Minimum one years’ experience, preferably with an understanding of the financial sector, and ideally wealth management/private banking.

Background: PAM Insight is a specialist publishing and events business, which services the wealth management sector. Our journalists write for an audience of advisers who serve high-net worth and ultra-high net worth families and individuals. Typically, these advisers are private asset managers, bankers, investment managers, lawyers, accountants, trustees, fee-based IFAs and family offices. The company is 14 years old and is based in the City of London, near Bank and St. Paul’s tube stations. The editorial team is seven strong.

Successful Applicant: We are looking for a pro-active, hard-working journalist, who wants to make a name for him/herself in a high-profile sector. The first email alert goes out just before 8am so you will need to be an early riser, and the role also involves attending evening events on a semi-regular basis. If you can spot a good story, have a flair for writing news and features, can build up contacts quickly, meet tight deadlines and have a meticulous eye for detail, then you may be a good fit.

Next Step: Applications are to include a CV and short covering letter. These should be emailed to Alex Newlove, news editor of thewealthnet, on anewlove@paminsight.com.
