We are looking for a reporter to cover a range of news topics for letsrecycle.com, the news and information website for all those interested in recycling and the environment. Plus you will also support the team on airqualitynews.com

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to tackle a range of very topical local and national stories involving local authority policies, public health, government strategies, resource management, the transport sector and EU policy. You will play a leading role in developing our coverage and in growing the website's already considerable audience.

You should have a high standard of written English as well as a journalism-related qualification. Requirements for the position include an enthusiasm for news and an interest in current affairs.

You should have a willingness to travel in the UK and beyond and shorthand is desirable.

Work will also include contributing news and feature articles to the other titles we publish as part of the Environment Media Group.

The package includes five weeks' holiday and pension contribution. We are based close to Waterloo station in London.
