In any one week, our team produces the broadest possible range of written content, ranging from web copy for company blogs to news stories for independent publishers. What we offer
We are offering a fixed-term contract to initially run for six months. However, there may be an opportunity to become permanent staff, subject to ongoing favourable economic/trading conditions.
As the team leader of our Companies and Markets team, you will be writing and editing editorial or corporate assignments ranging from newswire copy to corporate blogs and whitepapers. The Companies and Markets team is one of three Rhotic divisions catering for editorial and corporate clients. It sits alongside Retail Finance and Institutional Finance.

Who we want
For this role, we are seeking an experienced editor who thoroughly understands capital markets and has a sophisticated writing style. You will be a versatile editor, comfortable writing across many different sectors. You will also likely have experience in managing people and prioritising workloads.
As a signatory to the Social Mobility Pledge, we are not prescriptive about educational background, but we would anticipate that the right candidate would have at least eight years of experience working as an editor, head of content, or senior copywriter.
That said, we will consider candidates that do not fit this brief entirely, but we ask that those applying from different backgrounds offer convincing reasons why they should be considered. We would also consider a job share for this role.
