From today Times articles and other written material will appear on the CNBC site, while CNBC videos will feature on NYTimes.com, the two companies are reported as saying.
According to NYTimes.com , no money has changed hands in the agreement.
The New York Times already has online content-sharing arrangements with MSNBC and NBC .
"We have agreed to be each other's primary partners on the web, which will strengthen both," Vivian Schiller, senior vice president and general manager of NYTimes.com, told the Times.
